Orders and Shipping
This depends on your location, but we process our orders on the next working day and usually ship your item within 1-3 days.
You can create an account during the checkout process when placing an order.
If you need to change your shipping address after you’ve placed your order, this may still be possible providing we haven’t already shipped your item. You can contact us by phone or email to request this if necessary. We cannot redirect your order once it has been despatched.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched. Please contact us directly by phone or email if you’d like to enquire about your order status.
No. We do not store your payment details. Transactions are placed securely via encrypted pages on our website and we do not retain any of your card payment details.
We charge VAT at the applicable rate if your order is purchased in the UK / EU. If you are purchasing outside of the UK / EU then you will not be charged additional sales tax.
We ship to the majority of countries, but if you would like confirmation then please contact us directly via phone or email so we can advise you.
We will always attempt to deliver your items in one package, depending on the size / dimensions. Some larger products such as machinery will arrive on pallets but usually at the same time.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
You have 14 days to return any unused items, which must be in their original packaging and in a sellable condition. We cannot accept returns which have been used, unless they are faulty. If you have received an item you believe to be faulty, then please contact us by email and include images if possible, along with a description of the fault. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone to discuss your return further.
If in the unlikely event, you have received an incorrect item, you can contact us to arrange an immediate replacement.
You can send your returns item to our factory address at 13 Brunswick Industrial Estate, Brunswick Way, London, N11 1JL, UK. Please include your order number in the packaging.

Please notify us asap by phone or email with your order number, if you believe that you entered your shipping info incorrectly. We will not be able to change this once your item has been despatched and we’ll also be unable to refund your transaction.
If you need to cancel or change your order, you may do this by contacting us directly either by phone or email before we ship your product, to avoid any additional shipping fees which will not be refundable.
